Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

QuantFox ("we", "us") provides analytics tools for Polymarket prediction-market traders, including leaderboards, wallet analysis, whale tracking, alerting, and calculators. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use quantfox.net and the QuantFox web application.

2. Data we collect

• Account data. Your email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up with email or Google. We never receive your Google password.
• Product data. Watchlists, alert thresholds, copy-trading rules, saved wallet addresses, and preferences you create in the app.
• Messaging data. Your Telegram chat ID if you connect Telegram alerts, used solely to deliver notifications you enabled.
• Billing data. Subscription status and customer identifiers from our payment processor. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Technical data. IP address, browser and device information, and aggregate usage/error logs.

Public blockchain and Polymarket data shown in the product (wallet addresses, trades, P&L) is already public on-chain information and is not personal data we collect from you.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to operate your account, deliver the alerts and analytics you request, process subscription payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Processors we rely on

We share the minimum data necessary with infrastructure providers acting on our behalf: our cloud database and authentication provider (hosting your account and app data), Vercel (site hosting), Stripe (payments), Telegram (alert delivery, only if enabled), and Resend (transactional and contact emails). Each processes data under its own security and privacy commitments.

5. Cookies and storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences such as theme. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.

6. Retention

Account and product data is retained while your account is active and for a short period afterwards to satisfy legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us, after which personal data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email support@quantfox.net. We respond within 30 days.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted, and database rows are protected by per-user access policies so that one account cannot read another account's data. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage strong, unique passwords.

9. Children

QuantFox is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
